Our Airbnb Management Services and Pricing can be tailored to your specific requirements, helping to ensure that your Airbnb property stands out from the crowd and you maximize the potential of your property.

Full Management fees are the percentage of the net rental income and includes GST. Our base rate starts at 18%.

OUR Full Management SERVICE

Our service has been designed for those who want to enjoy the benefits of short-term letting – increased rental income and flexible use of their property – but don’t have the time, expertise or desire to manage the process themselves. We take care of everything from creating the Airbnb listing (the “advert”) all the way through to preparing your property for your next guest.
